Staffordshire Wedding Videographer

Vision Wave Weddings was proudly based in Stoke-on-Trent from 2013 until 2020, before relocating to Congleton on the Cheshire border. Perfectly positioned to continue filming beautiful weddings across Staffordshire.

Staffordshire is a county full of character. You might first think of the iconic Staffordshire oatcake, the legacy of Josiah Wedgwood, or even Alton Towers. All these are what makes the area so well-loved. But beyond this, Staffordshire is home to an incredible variety of wedding venues, offering something truly special for every couple.

From rustic barns, set against the dramatic backdrop of The Roaches, the county offers a setting to suit every style of wedding day.

Wherever you choose to celebrate, Vision Wave Weddings is there to capture your story. Creating a timeless, cinematic wedding film that reflects your day beautifully.

My Approach

My approach to filmmaking is really simple… I believe the best moments are the real ones.
I don’t stage anything, or ask you or your guests to pose or act. Instead, I take a relaxed, unobtrusive approach, letting your day unfold naturally while I capture it as it actually happens.

The Films

Sneak Peek

Relive the love of your day with a one minute sneak peek delivered within a few days of your wedding day. Shared across the key social media sites for rapid delivery.

Highlight Film

The highlight film captures the emotions of your wedding in a 5-7 minute film. Edited in my cinematic style, this film is a carefully curated narrative, perfect for sharing on social media and with your loved ones.

Feature Film

The feature film is a more in-depth retelling of your wedding day. A 20-30 minute edit, the film blends together audio captured during your ceremony and speeches with footage. If you prefer a documentary style edit (60mins) you are welcome to swap this out.

Ceremony & Speeches

Delve into the heart of your wedding day with edits of your ceremony, speeches and first dance. Presented as three separate files, ensuring that every moment is captured with precision and care.

Wedding Drone Footage

All of my film packages include beautiful 4k drone footage, giving your wedding film cinematic perspective from above. This allows me to capture your venue, and surroundings, in a way that being on the ground simply can’t.

Drone use is always subject to weather conditions, airspace, and venue permission. Safety is my top priority, ensuring everything about your day is captured to the highest standard.

The Ashes

The Ashes, situated in the lovely village of Endon, is one of the venues that I film at regularly. It allows couples a really nice canvas to show off their own tastes and style. This means that every wedding I film there is totally different.

A no-corkage venue, with exclusive use, the team at The Ashes are dedicated to making sure your day runs perfectly.

Pendrell Hall

A beautiful, Victorian house, situated in the heart of the West Midlands, Pendrell Hall is a no-corkage exclusive use wedding venue. With ceremony spaces to enjoy indoors and outdoors, you can have the wedding of your dreams.

I’ve had the pleasure of filming many wedding at Pendrell Hall, against the picturesque backdrop of the Staffordshire countryside.

Moddershall Oaks

Moddershall Oaks is another popular venue for me. It’s not too far from Congleton, which makes it super easy to get to. In the summer of 2018 they added a lovely outdoor ceremony area. I was fortunate enough to make use of that year, with two outdoor weddings.

I’ve filmed countless weddings at Moddershall Oaks since I began back in 2013.

Foxtail Barns

Foxtail Barns is by far one of my favourite wedding venues to film weddings at. Situated in the gorgeous area of Consall, the state of the art venue is the perfect place for couples wanting a rustic vibe.

With acres upon acres of grounds to explore, Foxtail Barns provides an outstanding backdrop for your wedding day. And also plenty of places for a wedding videographer to explore.

Thorpe Garden

Thorpe Garden is one of Staffordshire’s newest, and most romantic wedding venues. A private estate nestled in the heart of the Staffordshire countryside, the venue combines a historic walled garden with a modern but rustic yurt. Thorpe Garden is perfect for couples looking for an elegant, botanical vibe.

Salt House

I’m very proud to be a recommended wedding videographer at Salt House, another of Staffordshire’s newest wedding venues. And one of my personal favourites. Ultra boutique interiors, complimented with a grand exterior, couples and guests alike will not be disappointed with Salt House.

Hanbury Barns

Staffordshire is home to so many rustic barn venues, and Hanbury Barns is by far one of the best. Situated in the heart of the National Forest, Hanbury Barns boasts some incredible views. It has a beautiful rustic feel, but because it’s a new venue, it’s super fresh and modern.

Weston Hall

Weston Hall is a gorgeous Elizabethan Grade II listed building, impecably decorated with a modern flair. Not only is the building itself incredible, but Weston Hall also has some of the best scenery a wedding venue has to offer.
