Based in Congleton Vision Wave Weddings is the perfect choice for Heaton House Farm wedding video. Heaton House Farm is an award winning wedding venue nestled in the Cheshire countryside. With some spectacular views over the Peak District National Park, Heaton House is a perfect venue for small and large weddings.
Since starting Vision Wave Weddings in 2013 I’ve filmed a variety of weddings at Heaton House Farm. One of the most spectacular was Jenny and Sanj’s wedding, back in winter 2018. The day started off with a Civil Ceremony, then followed by a Hindu ceremony in the afternoon. Also, we were even treated to a sprinkling of snow.
A Blank Canvas
Heaton House Farm offers pretty much a blank canvas to wedding couples, and I’ve seen a variety of themes ranging from simple rustic, to lavish glitz and glamour. You really are able to run free with your imagination. I’ve even seen a vintage carnival themed wedding held at Heaton House Farm, complete with a carousel!
My first wedding at Heaton House was all the way back in 2015, for the wedding of Kirsty and Andrew. I always love the opportunity to visit new wedding venues for the first time. Especially when they’re local, or you’ve heard a lot about them. I’d heard Heaton House talked about so many times by fellow wedding videographers, so I was excited to film there myself. The venue didn’t disappoint, and it remains one of my favourite Cheshire wedding venues.
Celebrant Wedding at Heaton House Farm
I first met Preethi, Dan, and their bridal party at a wedding Experience Event, at Heaton House Farm. We chatted about some of their wedding ideas and I was super excited to be on board for the big day!
Preethi and Dan opted to have Dan’s aunt act as celebrant and officiate their ceremony. Celebrants will often work with the couple to put together the most amazing ceremony, and that is exactly what happened. A completely personal ceremony, with custom vows, and a wonderful reading. Absolutely perfect.
Their day was 100% them, which is exactly what your wedding should be.
Summer wedding reception at heaton house farm
Hannah and Matt tied the knot at church before making their way to Heaton House Farm for a fantastic wedding reception. The day started off a little drizzly, but luckily, by the time we arrived at Heaton House Farm, the skies had cleared just enough for everyone to enjoy the beautiful outdoor reception area.
Guests made the most of the summer sun, mingling on the patio, and soaking in the gorgeous views. Before long, Becc Photography and I whisked Hannah and Matt away for some portraits in the water garden. I always love this part of the day, it’s such a peaceful little escape for the couple, giving them a chance to take it all in, before heading back to the celebrations.
After that, it was all about good food, great company, and plenty of dancing. The whole day was filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments.
