In additional to my all-inclusive package, I understand that each wedding is unique, and couples may have specific preferences. To provide a personalised touch I offer a range of à la carte options that can be seamlessly integrated into your chosen package.

HIGHLIGHT FILM
The highlight film, a 5-7 minute masterpiece, captures the very essence of your wedding day in a visually stunning and emotionally resonant journey. Edited in my signature cinematic style, this isn't just a collection of moments - it's a carefully curated narrative, perfect for sharing on social media, and with your loved ones. Your highlight film is more than a keepsake; it's a celebration of your love story.
FEATURE FILM
For those who seek a more in-depth retelling of their wedding day, the feature film is a 45-60 minute documentary style edit. This comprehensive film includes your entire ceremony, speeches, first dance and all the precious moments in between. Meticulously edited to the music of your choice, the feature film is a cinematic journey through your entire wedding day.

How long will our video be?
Can we choose our own music?
I will get in touch about a month before the wedding to ask for your music choices for your film. These choices can only be used for the full length feature film of your day. Due to copyright issues it’s not possible to use these music choices on your highlight film. Instead for this film I will handpick a perfect song for you!
Any wedding videographers that do use popular music, such as Ed Sheeran, Bruno Mars or Christina Perri in their online wedding films is usually doing so illegally. I always license music from professional artists that make amazing music specifically for weddings. From this choice of music I pick a song that will make your wedding film unique.

Can you do a discount?
I don’t offer discounts on any of my packages, regardless of the time of year, season or if you’re enquiring last minute. The reason for this is so that I can ensure all of my brides and grooms are being treated fairly. This way you can be confident that you’re not paying more than other couples who are booking at the same time as you, or those that are booking last minute.
My prices are reviewed every 9-12 months, so the best way to save money is by booking early.
When will we receive our film?
I always aim to have your wedding film completed within three months of your wedding date, usually sooner depending on the time of year. I won’t keep you waiting around for months and months, as I know I wouldn’t want to wait that long either.
Why are you upfront with prices?
Transparency is at the core of my values. I believe in keeping things simple and straightforward, which is why I offer upfront pricing for my wedding videography services. No hidden fees or surprises – just a clear and honest breakdown of the costs, ensuring you have a complete understanding of what to expect. Because your peace of mind matters as much as capturing your special day with utmost care and creativity
Do we get the full ceremony?
My package includes your full length ceremony, speeches and first dance. This will be edited and included in your feature film.
What is the booking process?
First, I’ll send you an online booking form, once that’s filled in then I can send your online contract and invoice.
To reserve your date I require an upfront booking fee of £250. This secures the date for you and prevents other couples from booking the date. The remaining balance is then due a month before the wedding date.
Can we spread the cost?
I understand that weddings are expensive. If you’d like to spread the cost of your wedding film then a payment plan can be set up to even out payments from the date of booking until a month before your wedding. Just let me know what you feel would work best for you.
Do you need to visit the venue or church beforehand?
It isn’t necessary for me to visit venues and churches prior to the wedding day. I do however, scope the venues or churches out online. Part of being a professional wedding videographer is being flexible, and confident, enough to be able to arrive on the day and get exactly what I need.
Do you take photos as well?
Vision Wave Weddings doesn’t offer photography as part of any packages. For you to get the best out of your wedding film I need to spend the entire day concentrating on solely videography. A lot of the companies who offer both photos and video will probably have a team of people, whereas I work alone. I am more than happy to recommend some great photographers though!
How do you get on with photographers?
There is sometimes this idea that photographers and videographers don’t get along; it’s not true! We are there for one reason, and one reason only, to make your day awesome and capture it. That’s all we care about.
Are you insured?
Yes. Vision Wave Weddings has full Public Liability insurance, any details of this can be provided upon request. Venues often like to see proof of Public Liability insurance from wedding suppliers, as well as proof of PAT tested equipment. All equipment is fully PAT tested as well.
Do you capture drone footage?
Yes. All packages include drone footage. Drone videography is dependant on any restrictions regarding location and weather. Without the neccessary permissions I will be unable to fly the drone.
Is there a time limit to filming?
Coverage runs until the end of the first dance, or 9pm, whichever occurs first. Unless you book additional hours
