Stacey & Chris’ Wrenbury Hall Wedding
Stacey and Chris originally booked me for their wedding in 2020, which of course had to get postponed. However, despite postponing their celebration they actually still went ahead with a wedding in 2020. So their date in July 2021 was a wedding reception celebrating their wedding from the previous year.
This was my first time at Wrenbury Hall and I was super excited. It was also great to be joining Gemma Leese Photography as well, as I know they are Wrenbury Hall regulars, and so much fun to work with. I started the day capturing Stacey’s bridal preparations, where she was getting ready with her two lovely little girls. Without having a ceremony to think about the morning felt so much more relaxed, there was no rush!
Wrenbury Hall Wedding
Chris arrived and got himself suited and booted. And once Stacey was ready we did a little first look. A first look is a trend that started off in popularity, across the pond, in the USA. The idea behind it is that it gives the bride and groom a chance to see each other BEFORE the ceremony, meaning they aren’t quite a nervous for the ceremony. It also gives them a bit of time to be with each other, before the busyness of the rest of the day.
Wrenbury Hall Wedding Reception
Since Stacey and Chris were already married their morning rolled straight into their drinks reception. Guests arrived and were welcomed with champagne, and enjoyed the beautiful weather. As the afternoon flew by it was soon time for the wedding breakfast and speeches. A delicious three course dinner, speeches and dancing. What a fantastic end to a fantastic day.
