In September 2018 I had the great pleasure of joining Amy and Jack for their beautiful wedding at Moddershall Oaks. I was excited to return to Moddershall Oaks, after having only been there a few weeks before for the wedding of Catherine and Sean.

At the previous wedding we were lucky enough to have an outdoor ceremony, and the sun was shining for Amy and Jack, meaning we could do the same! Jack arrived nice and early – a rare occurance for most grooms, but I love when they arrive early because it gives me lots of time to catprue footage of the groom before the ceremony, greeting guests and nervously awaiting his bride.

After a beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony Amy and Jack walked up the aisle as man and wife, and were covered in confetti by their guests. This is one of my favourite moments of a wedding, especially right after a ceremony, because I think the bride and groom always radiate pure joy and happiness – Amy and Jack were absolutely no exception to this!

After a good old confetti pelting Amy and Jack mingled with their wedding guests, and it was soon time for formal photographs and potrait shots. We took Amy and Jack around the Moddershall Oaks lake for their portrait shots. It’s a perfect backdrop for photographs, with a few various locations to shoot against too.

It was soon time for the wedding breakfast and some very emotional speeches. We were treated to four speeches – one from Amy’s mum, Jack’s dad, the best man and the groom himself. Jack’s speech was absolutely beautiful, perhaps one of the best groom speeches of 2018. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room.

Then it was TIME TO PARTY! Amy and Jack had some fantastic entertainment, and their guests didn’t get off the dance floor. Yes, we even had to listen to Baby Shark!

Amy and Jack had a wonderful wedding day, surrounded by their loved ones.
