Laura & Sam’s Iscoyd Park Wedding
Iscoyd Park is a beautiful venue located pretty much right on the border of Wales and England. It’s definitely one of my favourite venues that I visit, so I was super excited when Laura and Sam booked me to film their day.
Iscoyd Park Wedding Ceremony
The ceremony room at Iscoyd Park is breath taking. Gorgeous marble floors and painted walls, it really is beautiful. Laura and Sam had put together some beautiful touches in the ceremony room, so it was super important to ensure these details were captured.
The guests took their seats and Sam took his spot at the front of the ceremony. And it was then time for Laura to make her grand entrance, escorted by her very proud dad.
The ceremony was beautiful, and Laura had prepared a reading for Sam. It was super special! Family and friends were overjoyed to see Laura and Sam tie the knot, and start their lives together as husband and wife.
Iscoyd Park Wedding Reception
The weather was gorgeous so Laura, Sam and their guests were able to spend the drinks reception outside. Making the most of what I expect to be the last of the nice autumnal weather. The drinks reception is often the time where the couple will have their portraits, and Iscoyd Park is a wonderful venue for portraits. There are so many different backdrops to work with, that you really could spend an entire afternoon (if not longer) exploring and getting beautiful portraits.
After a lovely drinks reception it was time for the wedding breakfast and speeches. The speeches were wonderful, Laura’s dad, Sam and the best man all did a wonderful job. They’re always one of my favourite parts of the day, because they really give you an insight into the couple, and how their story began. Always making a fantastic basis for the highlight films.
After a delicious meal it was time for the evening party! Laura and Sam had an absolutely fantastic day and it was a pleasure to be a part of. I’d like to wish them the most amazing future together.
