Weston Hall Wedding Film

A fourth wedding in 2020? This has to be a dream?

Laura and Mike booked me to film their Weston Hall wedding, and it was such a wonderful day. They booked the Tier Two wedding package, which meant I’d be there from the ceremony until the speeches. 

I arrived at Weston Hall about an hour or so before the ceremony and began filming all the little details. I’ve done a number of Weston Hall wedding films and it’s always great to be back.

Wedding Ceremonies at Weston Hall

By this point during the year the Covid-19 wedding restrictions had eased up quite considerably, so Laura and Mike were able to have a nice amount of guests. Socially distanced in the ceremony room, but all happy and excited, it was lovely.

They had a lovely intimate ceremony, and it was wonderful to see them finally become Mr & Mrs.

After the legalities were over it was time for us to head outside for a drinks reception in the sunshine.

Drinks Reception at Weston Hall

The sun was shining, and it was glorious. I’ve missed summer weddings. I mingled with the guests and captured them enjoying themselves. It was nice to see people enjoying themselves, properly, after so long. 

I had the pleasure of meeting, and working with Grant Harper Photography for the first time. We had great fun. We borrowed Laura and Mike for a little bit so that we could get some lovely portraits of them. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, this is always one of my favourite parts of the day.

Wedding Speeches at Weston Hall

After a wonderful drinks reception, it was soon time to head into the wedding breakfast room for a delicious meal. Everyone enjoyed the meal and then it was time for the speeches. Even Laura braved a speech, she did a wonderful job! I always love when a bride gives a speech.

The wedding of Laura and Mike was truly wonderful, and it was nice to start getting back into the swing of weddings again.
