Hannah & Chris’ Iscoyd Park Wedding
Iscoyd Park is one of my favourite Shropshire wedding venues, and I always look forward to filming there. Hannah and Chris booked me to film their Iscoyd Park wedding earlier this month. Normality had only just started to feel real again, and it was so good to be back at weddings!
Upon my arrival at Iscoyd Park I headed straight up to Hannah and the girls who were in the midst of bridal prep. I love starting the day with bridal preparations, as I think it creates a great opening to your wedding film. After spending some time with Hannah and the girls I went across to the stables to meet Chris. Chris and the guys looked super cool in their tuxes. It’s not often I get grooms and groomsmen in tuxes, so this made a nice change!
Iscoyd Park Wedding Ceremony
The ceremony room at Iscoyd Park is gorgeous, beautiful marble floors and off-white walls. Just stunning. I made sure to capture the details of the room, before the guests took their seats. The guests were buzzing with excitement, as was Chris (albeit a little nervous too). When it was time Hannah entered the ceremony room looking radiant! Chris was overjoyed.
After a wonderful ceremony Hannah and Chris were officially husband and wife! They made their way outside for the drinks reception.
Iscoyd Park Wedding Reception
The reception is always a great time to get family portraits, their photographer, Jessica O’Shaughnessy got some beautiful ones in the gardens. It was soon time for one of my favourite parts of the day, couples portraits! Jess and I took Hannah and Chris off to explore the grounds. We were even joined by their cute dog Besty for some portraits too. It’s so nice when a couple have their dog as part of their wedding day, although it does make me miss my dog for the rest of the day!
When it came time for the wedding breakfast and speeches all the guests made their way to the barn. This was the first time I’d ever even seen this barn at Iscoyd, it’s so cool! All the speakers did a wonderful job, and I particularly loved Chris’ speech. It was the perfect mix of heartfelt and hilarious! Well done Chris.
Hannah and Chris had a perfect wedding day, and I know they will have the most incredible life together.
