I’m so sorry that I’ve had to direct you to this page! Obviously this is totally not what was expected when you first began your wedding journey. But, do not despair, myself and your team of wedding suppliers are here to help, and I’ll do my best to make this process as smooth and easy as possible for you.

Your Options

In order to make this process as easy and stress free as possible I’m giving everyone in your situation a few options. Of course these options may change as new information comes to light from the UK Government, so please bare with me, as we are all learning new things every day.

1. Proceed as normal:

As long as the wedding is still going ahead then I will be there! Of course the only time I won’t be able to attend is I am forced to self isolate. I won’t put you or your family and friends at risk so if I think I may have contracted the virus I will keep away. But rest assured, should this happen I am well connected within the industry and will be able to supply a replacement videographer, at no extra cost to you. You will not be left without a videographer.

You may have guests that are no longer able to attend the wedding, in this instance a video will be vital to ensure that they’re still able to share the day with you. We can look at adding on additional DVD copies specifically for them, so that they don’t miss out completely.

2. Postponement of the wedding:

I, as many other suppliers, do not want you to have to cancel your wedding day. If you wish to postpone your wedding to a later 2020 date then that is certainly something that I’m happy to accommodate. Again, this will have no additional cost to you, any payments you have made so far will simply be carried over to the new booking. 3. Postponement of the wedding, but I am not available:

As mentioned previously, I am part of a huge network of wedding videographers so I would endeavour to find cover for your wedding to ensure that you have your day captured. The day will still be captured the highest of standard, and I will still be the one to put it all together to tell the beautiful story of your day, in the Vision Wave Weddings style you fell in love with.

4. Cancellation:

The terms and conditions of cancellation can be found in your contract, which you should be able to find in your original contract email from me at the time of your booking.
