Chloe & Jack’s Sandhole Oak Barn Wedding
After only a couple of days it was back to Sandhole Oak Barn this time for the wedding of Chloe and Jack. These two booked me in early 2020 for their Autumn 2021 wedding, so it had been a long time coming, and they’d managed to escape covid-19 restrictions.
I arrived at Sandhole Oak Barn a couple of hours before the ceremony start time, where I began capturing footage around the venue. Once Jack arrived I said hello and got some shots of him getting his final preps sorted. Chloe had also got a beautiful gift box for Jack, so I was able to capture him opening that.
The guests started to arrive and they began to take their seats ready for the ceremony.
Sandhole Oak Barn Wedding Ceremony
Once all of the guests were seated, Jack got into position at the front of the ceremony barn. It was time for Chloe to make her entrance, escorted by her very proud mum. The ceremony was beautiful, with the added touch of each of them lighting a candle in memory of family who are no longer with us. This was a really touching moment, and I know it was especially important to Chloe and Jack together.
The ceremony was led by the fantastic team at Your Ceremony, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Once the formalities were over it was time for Chloe and Jack to make their way out of the barn, through flurries of confetti.
Sandhole Oak Barn Wedding Reception
The weather was nice and dry so everyone was able to enjoy the drinks reception outdoors. This is definitely a bonus for an October wedding! During the drinks reception the couples chosen photographer Marta Farenc spent time capturing some family portraits. We also whisked Chloe and Jack off for some couples portraits – one of my favourite parts of the day.
A delightful wedding breakfast followed on from some fantastic speeches. And the day ended with a great evening party. Chloe and Jack had an amazing day and I hope they have an incredible future together.
