Athenais & Kirby’s Sandhole Oak Barn Wedding
It was great to be back at Sandhole Oak Barn in August for the wedding of Athenais and Kirby. As mentioned before, Sandhole Oak Barn is one of my favourite Cheshire wedding venues. And it’s super convenient for me as it is just a 3 minute drive from home.
Athenais and Kirby decided to have their whole day at Sandhole Oak Barn, so in the morning I headed straight over. I captured the details around the venue before the guests began arriving.
Sandhole Oak Barn Wedding Ceremony
Athenais and Kirby had decided to have their ceremony indoors, although Sandhole Oak Barn does offer an outdoor ceremony space. It’s always a pleasure to film a Sandhole Oak Barn wedding ceremony. Kirby was very nervous, which is super common, and I always like to reassure grooms. It’s definitely a nerve-racking moment for most grooms.
When Athenais entered the room she looked so graceful and elegant, Kirby was overcome with emotion. The ceremony was beautiful, and it was a pleasure to see Athenais and Kirby exchange vows.
Sandhole Oak Barn Wedding Reception
The ceremony came to an end and the guests made their way out onto the patio to enjoy the drinks reception. Drinks flowed and everyone enjoyed a canapé or two. Athenais and Kirby had also booked Crazy 8 Golf for their guests to enjoy, it was such good fun and the guests loved it.
We whisked Athenais and Kirby off for some gorgeous couples portraits, and before long it was time for the wedding breakfast and speeches.
An absolutely fantastic day, and I know Athenais and Kirby will have the most amazing future together.
